[Accepted] Donation Option

First of all, i am sorry if anyone else already posted something similar to this but i may have an idea .
I was wondering, why doesn't epvp add the donation option? I mean, lot of people make money thanks to epvp website, adding a donation (to epvp website) would probably push a lot of people to give that personally i would donate a bit due to epvp free service. Maybe also add a badge "donator" or like "master donator" for higher amounts.

I think it is bad idea, there are a lot of badges on epvp & You have e*g trader badge so it enough.

I also think that buying e*gold or premium membership is the best way to go when it comes to supporting elitepvpers. Adding new ranks for members who show outstanding financial support is something other platforms offer, but due to the number of ranks we already have, that may be too much.

One approach in this matter could be to play around with our star/leveling system. Adding separate levels for "donators" with new and unique stars which are unlocked by reaching certain system-bought e*gold thresholds may be a thing. Additionally, you could give users the choice to either display their normal rank or the special one.

Anyway, I believe there are other, slightly more important things to work on at the moment, though I somehow like the core of your idea.

There was a Donator rank once with a unique namecolour, but it was replaced by the Premium rank, so it'll probably not come back.

We'll monitor this thread and depending on the replies we may consider something like this in the more far away future. Definitely not a top priority though.

I know that you just made a joke, but to give an answer to such questions: It's unlikely that this colour gets recycled.

The Problem here is, that we always use different colours for different ranks, so even if you got a rank 12 years ago, this rank is still unique. I don't think that we will change this work style soon, so it will most likely be impossible to get this name colour in the future.
