Blocks to be unlocked:
1. "This account may have been accessed by someone else"
2. "This account has been locked by its owner" Locks are removed even if you do not have either first mail or activated keys. Having your first email increases your chances of unlocking.
I don't work with tradebans and other types of locks.
Recover stolen accounts:
If your account was stolen and you want to restore it, but can not do it yourself due to the small amount of information about the account, you can contact telegram.
Remove steam mobile authenticator :
We delete the mobile authenticator from your account, in the event that you have lost access to it.
