Hi guys, a friend got a overwatch Ban with a Bayonet Slaughter, someone known a Methos to trade the Skins?

I dont Posthunting i just want help you quick.
I searched in internet and i really dont found a way to trade the skins when cs:go banned.

few days ago it works fine, but steam probably fixed it..
idk some ppl know another method i guess, thats why im ask here
