So wirst du nicht viel Hilfe bekommen. Du musst z.B. Skype Verläufe posten oder eben allgemein Beweise vorlegen.

mit der Taste Druck, dann öffnest du Paint und drückst einfügen, Bild speichern dann z.B auf Pic-Upload hochladen dann hier posten.
