or
\textuisystem\commandlist.txt (depending on client version)
Look for lines like:
ACADEMY_WINDOW, UIAcademyWindow, ...
ACADEMY_MATCHING_WINDOW, UIAcademyMatchingWindow, ...
Delete or comment out these lines. That removes them from the menu UI.
