Enable Winter / Christmas Event

Hello,
if this is the wrong place for my question, please let me know. Otherwise is there someone who can help me to activate the winter event?

In the server.cfg I have set EVENT_ON and in the database I have updated the corresponding BeginDate and EndDate. This works so far, but the winter decoration is not displayed.

Does anyone know what else needs to be done?

You have to add the winter decoration yourself via map.pk2 & data.pk2
Nothing activates automatically
