use SroMapEditor.exe to edit .o2 files and SroMapToNavmeshData.exe to convert the object for the data

i tried to make that but i don't know the number of .o2 in map.pk2

write in GM console /Frame
you will get folder & file

try to check inside Database _RefRegion
or something is wrong example you dont have the right map.pk2 extracted

This is a dungeon map and can't be found inside map.pk2:

From dungeonmap.txt (new media type):

2023	유피테르신전B	F	1	1	32790	4	4	1024	1024	126	129	129	126	1.0	interface\worldmap\dungeon\map_world_jupiter_b_	22	RN_JUPITER_01	0	64	128	64	0

= Dungeon ID 22

From data.pk2:
Jsro_R\data\dungeon\dungeonInfo.txt

1	22	"Dungeon\Jupiter\Hide\hide.dof"

There is no editor for .dof files yet. You can try with the general file editor:
