How to allow to int/str buff myself and not cancel if change weapon. I searched in refskill but dont found nothing. Any hint.

Just to avoid weapon restriction you can check "ReqCast_Weapon" from "_RefSkill" table.
You may need to check "TargetGroup_Self" also.

I would recommend create a new buff skill instead using original one, it's easier.

If you set the TargetGroup_Self to 1 the client will crash the moment you cast the buff.
My suggestion is simply creating a new active buff, it's much easier and faster.
