add this file will fix all weapon but if u need fix spear D10 only use this code

I don't have any issues with weapon's glow or texture effect I just want to let shinmoo wearing Seal of Sun weapon effect instead of normal one

Maybe try to exchange the D10 spear with a d12+ spear via cpd file.
All D12+ weapons should come with some EFP particle effect mounted to weapon.
If you get the effect on shin moo too, you need to to the d10 spear bsr and replace it in the cpd file.
