you should go to your media.pk and edit the following file.

Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\worldmap_localinfo.txt

interface\worldmap\map\xy_maksa.ddj

just clone worldmap_localinfo.txt from clean Vsro client it will wipe this OutPost's from map don't use lastest isro local-info text
