Players requires install microsoft files.

Most of players enters without problems, but a little group of them cant enter and needs install some windows files and that is disturbing, and they can play other sro with no problems but with my sro this is a problem. Why this happens? and how to fix it. Thank you.

But i think a lot of admins uses them, do u know how to fix? apart of installing windows files.
