Character deletion problem

I tried deleting 1 character in my account. I waited for it for 8 days. But after checking my character doesn't disappear! It shows 1 minute left. But it's still the same these days!
I ask how to solve this problem.

Any error in the GameServer/ShardManager?

I used to experience an error similar to yours so I just checked the 2 aforementioned modules, googled the error and fixed it with the use of a query.

I dont remember but try to change ur store procedures _DeleteCharBLABLA

My server runs 24/24 for more than 10 days.. Absolutely no errors, or a strange red line.
