These pictures are from these posts in case anyone is wondering.
No matter how many times I tell him in private that he already has the buff items inside the client and how to find them, he won't listen.
These are NOT new scrolls, they are inside the client already.
Go to textdata_obj.txt, search the scroll names shown in the pictures and you have their technical name.
From there you will be able to spawn them in game.
or search /MAKEITEM exp then press F3
