I have already explained to him so either I was wrong or he wouldn't listen.

You need to find these objects in textdataobject.txt, like so :














Find whatever you want to remove then go to worldmap_localinfo.txt and set service = 0 instead of 1












There's probably more than 1 element to remove which is not included in the photo because I didn't look for every instance of the fortress, but you get the idea.
