i need help with an error in global manager

i get this error when i launch it and i checked everything the ip the pw everything is fine but i get this error if u had this error before pls tell me how did you fix it?

Firstly, please post in the right section.

Secondly, read what the error says "Can't connect to account DB".
What does that tell you?

Well, two things.

1.Google "Can't connect to account DB"
2. ODBC, DBConnect.asp (inetpub - wwwroot) and certification .ini files (you have to compile after editing them) are not set up right.
