[Request] TWSRO Client English Patch

Hello,

Im just asking if its possibe to make for TWSRO English patch, Guide is old W/O Pictures and im too stupid to figure out how to do it. Can anybody help me please?

It would be nice if we have client thats read Textdatas directly from original media, it will be much easyer to add stuff in it. Also Texdata posted by @ is bugged, so it would be nice to have fix.
