thank you friend for your answer, however it is not what i am looking for i want the code to attach my source dev kit because i don't want my players to be able to change the color of their title whenever they want

Wrong! you can do it with dev_kit without access to the filter
i have around 30 Title with color inside my dev_kit without filter access ^^
