Yes.
I remember doing that once for my server. I don't remember exactly but here are some clues:
Go to SRO_VT_SHARD -> Programmability ->StoredProcedure [dbo].[_AddNewChar] -> and you are going to see this :
You have to change where AppointedTeleport will send our characters to, in our case, it sends them to @ DefaultTeleport
I don't know the code for Jangan so go ahead and create a character (Chinese one), go to _RefChar and take its AppointedTeleport.
Then, replace @ Default Teleport with the AppointedTeleport's code from the _RefChar's Chinese character.
Restart the GameServer and try it.
