I don't think GameServer will read .lua script folder it should be .sct

Yea, GameServer reads .sct, so if you use .lua ir won't read.
Try changing 00869BCB, 0093088B, 009768A3 (they set to use .sct files) addresses to your own one.
Anyway, what's the issue? Why you wan't to use .lua instead?

cant decompile them into lua to edit them but somehow i can compile lua into .sct

1) Create a folder like this LuaQuest
2) Put luadec.exe and Quest.sct into folder LuaQuest
3) Make a textfile in the folder LuaQuest like this QuestCompletely.txt
4) Run cmd.exe
5) switch to the folder LuaQuest using command cd --> C:\Users\YourPC\>cd C:\Users\YourPC\....\LuaQuest
6) must be C:\Users\YourPC\..\LuaQuest>

8) done
9) Open QuestCompletely.txt

Be careful, when it decompiles it, it decompiles with some errors. To fix them simply try to decompile again and you'll see the errors.

Edit : i did compile it few times but as you say it gives some errors so i need a little a help with it thanks in advance.
