Walking problem after adding a new region

I'd like to understand the actual problem that causes walking problems after adding arabia garden region as an example, character doesn't walk properly.
i need to know which file is missing / corrupted that is causing this.

Edit: actually i fixed my problem it was some navmesh missing files, but according to what i know that navmesh files's names are regionid in hex, but i noticed that some of them aren't named according to this idea, i mean that some names when i convert them to decimal i find that it's not an existing region, so how can i know the correct navmesh files of a certain region which i want to fix.
