i have old skill work with new skill i need time delay work in old skill and new skill when use any one

Table->_Refskill , Column->GroupID , set GroupID same in both skills

find the Action_Overlap number for the old skill, and assign it to the new one and they'll share cooldown

Action_Overlap 1 skill work but time skill not work on ather skill i need time work on old skill and new skill in same time when use any skill

Check the Action_ReuseDelay, set them to the same number to have the exact cooldown
