Witch Windows Server for private Server
hi guys today i will buy my Dedicate Server and i dont know witch Version of windows is better for the Server
i got this options
Windows 10
Windows Server DataCenter With Desktop Experience
Windows Server Standard
Windows Server Essentials

Windows Server 2008 R2 is the best but no longer supported, so Windows Server 2012 is second best in this case.
Never ever use Desktop os for server purposes!

I recommend Windows Server Standard 2016 or 2019 Performance is much better and not so much **** features

Well when it comes to an "RDP" for a private server you will use any windows server like 2012 2016 2019 etc but the important thing is make sure it's a "datacenter" copy not anything else for me i'm in love with 2008r2 till now
