Talks to NPC and collects the reward and / or accepts the Quest with the given QID

Waits for your character to teleport
Waits X miliseconds
Kill horse
Terminates your ride pet if available
Dismount from horse
Dismounts from your ride pet if available
Set trainpace
Sets your trainplace to the specifiec coordinates with the given range. Please note that after loading the script, the last valid "go" command will be used as center.
When the script is executed and an "area" command is found the trainplace is set to these coordinates.
