Use AppServ (google it by yourself, remove xampp 1st) put the files in www directory go to 127.0.0.1 and there u have everything.
Btw they should work also with xampp, it's not a difference, you probably just edited the config.php file wrong.

extract the files into your webserver http document directory, go to config/config.php change first line to your directory and that's it. < -- full guide

I'm learning html/php with dreamweaver so i thought i'd release a nicer looking page with it.
Design done with fireworks, I have photoshop but i need to follow some tutorials on it.

1. Download the rar
2. Extract it to a place where you can easily edit the files
3. Open up includes/db.php
4. Edit your information for your SQL server
5. Save and upload to a directory inside...
