Hello, there is a simple way to disable elixir drops from unique monsters. The required offsets for gameserver.exe are listed below.

Offset

0x0072651C → 68 20 A7 AF 00

0x0072652C → 68 20 A7 AF 00

0x0072653F → 68 20 A7 AF 00

0x00726552 → 68 20 A7 AF 00
