Trojan basically means all these executable can handle network connections to send/receive data and their risk is higher just because they're asking for administrator rights, that could be the main reason.

If you don't feel safe enough, just don't use it.

I think any major antivirus using the entirety of its protection is more reliable than virustotal. I recommend you to use whatever antivirus of your like but use it, virustotal nor Windows Defender is enough.

Additional info about custom ip. In my case i tried to run it on vmware and unlike this video i was unable to get the ip address inside of video. The reason i had to take another ip address was because i couldnt set it as a static ip address i lost my internet connection. Dont know the reason might need to change gateway ??? SO i picked another different ip address. Then started changing Certification.xml, server.cfg and ServerManager.cfg(inside SMC folder). Btw if you have problems with Certification you can download source code and with the help of chatgpt you can easily add more logs to see the possible errors you get. After all of this i was able to set up the server. After that i edited my Media.pk2 folder and set my new static ip. I had problem with IPInput tool you have provided so i downloaded IPInput tool for vsro in epvp. You can also use Pk2Edit and Pk2Extractors but in my case my client somehow bugged.(Start button not shown).

Also because you are trying to login as gm you have to add your new static ip to VT_ACCOUNTS.dbo.PrivilegedIP table.

Just DATA is required, so the Gameserver can load the region files to know how to handle map collisions.

I extract MAP since I can have all those files in one place to check map stuffs easier and I've been doing it for so long that I forget this was not even required. My bad

Optional because I use it to update the client directly (As you may know, any change in database for items/monster/skills/etc. has to be updated into the client).

But in a real situation, to update all clients you actually need to send the files via patch, which is not something I did for the guide.

Can someone write step by step how to change IP address? My internet connection is going through router, and the router is setting IP address to 192.168.0.X. I cant force router to set this **** 0 to 1.

Okay. Another one question. When I open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. You are typeing "Server name" as ".\VSRO_TESTIN" (You setup another settings). When I do the same, exactly the same as you, system won't connect and process to the next step. Is it because my IP address was not set properly? Can I name it as default name? Bacause default name process it to the next step.

First at all, SSMS is an interface tool for the database.
Knowing that, you connect to any SQL Server database via "IP\\InstanceName" (+user/pw).

When you install SQL Server, you name the instance and by default is "SQLEXPRESS" if you've installed SQL Express.
For the guide I've used "VSRO_TESTIN" so it won't make conflict with any other instance you may have installed before (+Window authentication for easy access), the host since it's your own PC you can leave it blank as dot, any is equivalent and should work:

• ".\VSRO_TESTIN"
• "localhost\VSRO_TESTIN"
• "127.0.0.1\VSRO_TESTIN" (via SQL Server Authentication + user/pw)

I managed to get all modules running, with Agent Server Shard Server and Game Server it says failed to certificate but I changed every IP possible. Either way it says its running so I don't know if its working or not.
My problem is that SMC app does not start, it says that it could not connect to division manager (server internal error). Any ideas to fix this?
