COS-Action Icons Position Fix for Old Underbar

The fix:

X = 007A20E3 => change to 2A3
Y = 007A20E9 => change to -11

I'd ask for your participation for the following things to be fixed:
-mouse cursor hover position adjustment
-optional: the original slide in and out arrow to hide the bar

Using I managed to make it more like the original.

Add nifundermenubar.2dt inside res_ui
Add up_research_button_cos.ddj inside interface/underbar



Change the X value (007A20E3) again to => 294

The problem is that the quality got a little pixelated and when you click on it it doesn't work, however visually it looks OK.

Another problem is that the icon stays there even if you have no summoned COS so beware!
