This is a pretty simple tool to convert DDS to DDJ and backwards with just drag & drop, you'll love it as I do.
In combination with Photoshop CC plugins, you won't need anything else to work properly with textures on Silkroad Online.

At my case it's required to have control over alpha channel to draw details over textures and compression format over DDS.. So, has no sense having another format if at the end I'll be using Photoshop.

A quick example is choosing "uncompressed format" from DDS exporter on 32x32 icons so there is no quality loss as all programs I found over Silkroad community did wrong because of it.
