When I add dll to sro_client and go to open game after click start button He did not enter !!

After i update my client using SMC
the client is stuck and then msg popup
" Please Try Again Later [ErrorCode [5]].Patching Has Not Finished "
and if i use ipinput to skip the update the client work fine but of course without the update i done
but if i use the original login port update working fine

so i guess the proxy is blocking something
Any hint what i miss ?

I did many client updates using this proxy and I have never had any problem. It should not be related to the proxy
