if you have a server with a lower level cap [ Example cap 80/90] and you want the original Title quest

Here is the Simple and fast way

1. Download OllyDbg
2. Run OllyDbg as Admin
3. Decimal to Hexadecimal Converter

Open SR_Gameserver.exe

Cap 80

For CH
STRG+G ----> Expression ----> 008F2528
Click space and add mov eax, 0x50

For EU
STRG+G ----> Expression ----> 008FA1DE
Click space and add mov eax, 0x50

Cap 90

For CH
STRG+G ----> Expression ----> 008F2528
Click space and add mov eax, 0x5A

For EU
STRG+G ----> Expression ----> 008FA1DE
Click space and add mov eax, 0x5A
