You can also just use .NET Generic Unpacker for dumping.
VMProtect is not really a big deal for .NET Applications, as proven many times before. Combined with de4dot, "unpacking" .NET is a nobrainer. Doesn't need skills or knowledge.
This video proves it once and for all.

If you can run VMProtect in OllyDBG, then yes. VMProtect 3.2+ crashes x64dbg and OllyDBG ... at least mine.

it could be opened in ollydbg with some plugins & the lovely win xp ^^ .
how do you think we unpack unmanaged apps that protected with vm P , themida etcc ? xd
