Trying it out, I have windows xp sp3. I navigated to the last thingy right before right clicking and doing DWORD and it says, {2380D49A-4965-4FB8-B690-6202AE841993}, {2552B3A3-2169-4A75-BB2B-756B0145F8EA}, {4A5DE91A-D099-4C4A-8ADB-E9C61A406FA1}, and {764F3FF2-CF6A-4B81-993D-6860AF1F8BB4}. The first 2 are the same but numbers 3 and 4 are different. A lot more values but they look like there pretty much the same values... How to Install MSMQ in Windows XP
1-Click the Start button, then click Control Panel
2-Click "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel.
3-Click the "Add/Remove Windows Components" icon in the left-side navigation bar of the Add or Remove Programs window. This opens the Windows Components wizard.

3 Browse the items under interfaces until you find one that has an IPAddress entry matching the network interface you want to affect (typically LAN IP addresses start with 192.168 or 10.0); note that if your IP address is automatically assigned by a DHCP server you may need to look for a matching DhcpIPAddress instead of IPAddress
4 Right-click on the interface and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, name it “TcpAckFrequency”
5 Right-click the new TcpAckFrequency value and select Modify, enter “1″ (Hexadecimal radio button should be selected)
6 Right-click on the interface and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, name it “TCPNoDelay” (note that TCP is all uppercase this time – that’s intentional)
7 Right-click the new TCPNoDelay value and select Modify, enter “1″ (Hexadecimal radio button should be selected)
8 Verify that both TcpAckFrequency and TCPNoDelay now show up in the adapter’s property list with types REG_DWORD and values 0×00000001
9 Exit regedit and reboot
gah, I got 2 sets under interfaces that look the same. one has a 192.***.x.xx on default DHCPIP address and the other has 5.244.xx.*** on the other one. The first one has a default dhcp default gateway and a dhcp name server as well. Think I should use first one or second one or both =S?
weird i had a ping of 200-250 on sjsro and css was 30-50 but with these settings ping goes up to 600+...anything im doing wrong ? i did everything in the tutorial, double checked everything...changed the settings back to the normal ones and my ping went back down

[Guide]How to reduce lag/dc on chinese pservers 04/04/2010 - SRO PServer Guides & Releases - 18 Replies I made this guide to show ppl how they can set a proxy to reduce partial lag on chinese private servers, but this won't do a miracle.
When you want to choose a proxy you might want to know from what country the proxy is and the IP of the private server that you are playing.
E.g.: SJsro IP is 219.90.118.210
I recommend to use this site to scan IP's: IP address location of visitors, IP Locator & Geolocation services.
