The website has no real license usage, and as long as the owner does not request its takedown, it is ok
As long as you dont post licensed content, we go by that rules

This is licensed product from an official website that's sold for a certain amount of money. I remember you taking down a link that featured usernames / passwords for an antivirus though it was not requested to be taken down by the "owner". This is contradictory behavior to be honest.

That case is different, as it was a licensed software. Warez defines anything which license states it cannot be freely distributed.
And as I said, this website has no legal license that states it cannot be freely distributed. Which is why I said "unless the owner request its closure/removal, it is fine to be posted

It's not about you at all in fact I don't even mind the template being shared neither I give a ****. I was just questioning the "double standards" on their rules nothing else.

Once again, this website template does not hold a legal license, which is why the distribution of it is ok as long as the owner does not request its takedown

Actually it has a legal license cuz it's a paid template, It's on my gmail already but i don't give a **** about the template to waste time searching for it.
Anyway the whole p-sro **** is illegal already.

Actually, no
SRO server files hold no proper distribution license, so it is up for developers to request a takedown
Same as this. If you show me a written real documentation for thelicense, I will consider this to be warez, but until then, only the creators/devs can request a takedown

i was planning to make completely functional cms system for private servers but i dont have time to work with this anymore. i am now sharing it to people who wants to use. this is just html/css there is no functionality.i got the css file from my friend with his permissions because i like the color balance. its not ripped or stolen.i just used his css file and i did the whole job.only ripped stuff are silkroad graphics from media.pk2 file, i just extracted them from pk2 and modified for this...
