"SRO_VT_SHARD" > Tables > _SiegeFortress > Right Click > Design > GO DOWN TO > IntroductionModificationPermission > Column Properties > Default Value Or Binding ((1)) > Change to ((0)) "

There is no good fix if you're not using any filter, this is the only fix for servers with no filters.

and if you need a solution without disabling the feature itself you can create a very simple Trigger

i'll share the trigger i used for my server later...

EDIT: for me disabling a game feature is not a solution. but hey that's just me
+ i'd pay someone else to fix it for me if i didn't know how to. because if i'm going to open a server which will get me atleast enough money to pay a programmer for a simple fix i'll do it
