It's not important but, maybe you can fix the client crash in BlackRogue files when server is full.
When you enter ID and Password and press Enter in BlackRogue files when server is full (3500/3500) it doesn't showing any error like server is full but the client is just crashing.
I have tested the client with VSRO files and it showed the server is full message which means gateway of BR Files is sending a packet that client doesn't recognize.
Maybe you can replace the wrong packet with correct server traffic one so the client shows "Cannot connect due to server traffic" message instead of crashing.

The problem with blackrogue is that it cannot read ASCII, it can only read UNICODE thats probably why its crashing when server is full and thats why SMC send notice isn't working properly aswell. I hope I put you on the right track, I will update my filter and make UNICODE possible for sending notices, the other thing I am not quiet sure about, I could block the packet and make sure the client recieves nothing.
