There is something I forgot.
I need CAFE IP list work without restart AgentServer and GatewayServer, whenever I add new IP to CAFE list, I have to restart both of them to take effect, that a bit silly because all my players will disconnect.
If I restart only GatewayServer, CAFE IPs does not work.
