[Release] Replace.Certification

Hello, this is a release for all with slightly more complex setups who are tired of editing .ini files & compiling the pack.dat...

This works just like the CustomCertificationServer you know and might give you some "new" features.

How to setup:
- Create a new SRO_CERTIFICATION database.
- Execute Database\SRO_CERTIFICATION.sql script on it to create tables and predefined data.
- Change IPs, Ports and DBConfigs to your configuration.
- Make sure to change [SRO_VT_ACCOUNT].[_ShardService] to given ID(s) from [SRO_CERTIFICATION].[Shard] table.
- Change settings in Config\Certification.xml
- Start Replace.Certification.exe

Tested on vSRO 1.188

Features:
- Database (no pack.dat compiling)
- Change Shard name while server is running
- Change Shard capacity while server is running
- Implemented

Known issues:
- Multiple GlobalManagers are not supported yet
- Certain modified GatewayServers do not support shard updating.

Well it works as intended. Good job. Waiting for the new version with minibilling included since i'm too much of a lazy **** to do it myself.

Great job, seems like somebody finally did fully working custom certification server. I didin't thought it will be released....

Note: This certification will work with all server files up to 2013. Later on Joymax, changed some stuff, incl. the encryption so I doubt it will work.

Certfication might be used to host some branches at once, but it couldn't host two same vsro servers - modules with same contentid.

Again good job, this is one of reasons I still believe in some people right there.

P.S. Was somebody google master there? The table structures seems soo similar.

in this part which id should i give to _ShardService cause i think i put all ids but launcher wont run

For me ID is 3 and Service should be 1

On _ShardService it should be 0.

Well my server was on check with Service 0 and SMC didn't work even though it said operating so i changed it to 1 and then it was Easy.

0 => Operating
1 => Examine
2 => Hidden

You might used wrong ShardID incase you get that.

I don't know but since i changed the Service and if affected my shard i guess i did something right :P

Tested for BlackRogue 100 / 110 Cap Files. Works fine.
