they still have the stall dc bug as I am aware, unless that disappeared in their newer client version.

Well I am not sure which one they will choose
-Disabling Exchange
-Reverting to 1.091
Neither people will be pleased.

This causes nothing but damage to the gameplay, it'll neither help to get the ******* server files everyone wants nor improve the gameplay since it obviously can't be stopped. In the end it more seems like attention whoring to me, though I might be wrong on that since I don't know your objective, Oriya.
I don't mind you guys telling me I'm only saying this because I haven't got any profit, but there will be consequences for sure. Now, it'll certainly get interesting and I'll be hoping for a positve development, yet I think it's going kinda overboard saying you'll keep ruining **** with stall dc etc., just what exactly do you expect and what do you want but lulz?

The stall bug should work even in isro because as you teleport the server tryes to spawn a player with the same name for second time but in other map.

Wow is not so much server sided so there are hacks for it. Mu is not and a lot of others. Sro has nothing in the client because the server has like 1000 checks about everything in the game and I guess npcdoom can explain this even better

to this the answer is no.
My explaination on how I believe this works, when a player enters your stall, the owner recieves this packet.
{Player Entered Stall}
[S -> C][373B][5 bytes]
02 AB E2 FD 02

[BYTE] Type
[D-WORD] Player ID
============================
If player despawns thus when using teleport its just confusing the other characters client as normally it is used to this process.
{Exit}
[C -> S][7028][0 bytes]
[S -> C][B028][1 bytes]

{Player Exited Stall}
[S -> C][373B][5 bytes]
01 6C 86 26 00
Since its Unique ID based instead of sending character name and then it despawning... you get my drift. But this would of been fixed in recent versions.
Also to your theory that is incorrect as the player in the stall would not recieve that spawn packet of other player as its not in the same sub-sector.
