i posted EVERYTHING u need, all commands and a list of all codes there is... and i dont wanna google 30 mins again just to find that
look at page 2---4, if you cant find it... then i believe its in another sremu thread

Also when you spawn these items there will be no icon image for it, and when you Put it on the game will Crash, so dont restart your server just login again and it will be on your char
