well i got this idea when a friend asked me to help him to add Arabia npc's and i was too lazy to re-create the hole npc's from scratch . so i tried this method (duplicating npc spawn means the same npc with 2x spawn at different places) and it worked just fine
there was no problem while buying from or selling to the duplicated npc
i made it into tool to make it easier for noobs
IT WILL ONLY LOAD THE SPAWNED NPC CODENAMES MEANS THAT YOU CANT DUPLICATED UnSpawned NPC !

I did the arabia npcs the hard way, took the data from the csro testserver npcpos.txt on media and calculated the rotation by myself. NPCs are not that hard, but this program would save some time if you dont mind about making it perfect (I can't do such a thing, I want everything working like original XD).

Indeed adding npcs isn't that hard. the client has every info you need(position, the goods and the categories)
So the only thing you have to do by yourself is to set the rotation
