in my eyes in 1.091 vers. there is no successful spear built, only the glavie char dominate this vers. . except the hybrid spear with sun stuff and even then he die pretty fast when u crit...

well i think ur wrong i ve seen too many spear build in sjsro hiting about 12k in str glavie (fire Nuke)
and pwning them so ....

Delirium12 yeah i agree 2:1 3:1 is best for this build 
i prefer 2:1 for spear 3:1 if u do s/s (but i like spear more)
in mysro with same spear build i was killing glaviers without hard work i even can take 2crts ;DD muhahah!

Well its inbetween 2:1 and 3:1, a lot of dmg but a lot of hp also

Well, if you want the best char build make str glavie!! You dont need good set and weapon, and you own any int with full blue set. STR PWNED

Yeah thats true, no one can beat a glavie unless they have a better set, but this guide is for all the spears out there.

wouldnt it be easier to just go pure int to 65 and then all to str all the way to 90? gives the same build...

Its harder to grind as a full int spear cos you'd keep dieing,
the outcome is the same, but I like it better when the build is balanced throughout all the levels.

I've thinking on a powerful build, includes fire light spear, and a bit ice.
Fire - 120 mastery
Light - 110 mastery
Heuksal - 110 mastery
Ice - 20 (snow shield)
about stats, hybrid 9:1 or something like that.. I prefer pure INT always, but whatever.
set is protector most of the time, may be armor for physical mosnters, or garm for magical monsters.
I know there's low physical defence, but who need defence when you kill a monster with 1 nuke? :)
gimme your opinion, no haters please.....

i have ice light and fire but later i must a litte dskilling
