[Release] Skill Up Tool
It's a simply program which helps you up your skills faster (100 clicks in 1 sec while you hold scroll wheel)
Remark: You can break down 300 stat points in 10 sec on a lagless server
How to use: Hold Enter and Scroll Wheel together
