You can do this executing the following query:
-working for 1-12D

USE SRO_VT_SHARD
GO
UPDATE _RefObjItem
SET Param4 = Here Put The Rate You Want
WHERE ID BETWEEN 4630 AND 5013

Example:

SET Param4 = 100

The rate will be changed to 100%

Don't forget this will change the success rate for all stones!

If you want Immortal, Steady, Astral and Lucky Stones stay 100 % you have to use this query too :

Can you change the probability of - when reseting stats with attribute stones - reaching high %? Is it possible? When you are pimping, most likely it will reset around 0-22%. That could rather be 75-100%.
