don't open a phConnector start bot and connect to server... go where is phConnector and see the ip
wrong ip or start silkroad.exe before you bot then close to update

I m not stupid, I coreccted the ip in phconnector.ini on the one that is correct for my actual server but It still doesn't work and without phconnector opened the same problem happens.
