check your ini files (srShard.ini).
All of your errors (talking with all the guys that posted errors) are because of bad configuration of the files (ini files and/or server.cfg) .
I won't be able to help anybody because I am not home since yesterday and I won't be home till tomorrow(or tonight) . Sorry ! After, I'll start answering to pms and help you out.

Fixed everything.
Ran the game..
Wrote usr & pw and then..
Request user information . . .

you need to download special sro_client. can upload for u, wait a moment
@edit
sorry,i was wrong, i dont have it on computer i am using this moment,so cant upload. u can also download client from this thread, there is sro_client with xtrap been disabled.
