I know you don't mean me, but I set up everything right, but I get this error when I try to start phConnector by hand:
I think this is also the problem why it won't start together with the bot.

Hmm, if I KDbot now for the second time start (yesterday) first I have the problem that my character is not selected, I'm the first bot run as admin then edxloader now to run via Admin is my character no longer appears, I log also 2 chars same time, what is wrong?

Try to install net framework 3.5 and 4.0
@rejoin
For the first bot you must select bot01 , for your second bot you have to select bot02 and
redirect login ip or gateway server:
first bot: 127.0.0.1 10001
second bot: 127.0.0.1 10002

oh yeah and install this thing from supertrilo too 
If you are in 64bit ofc
