gameserver is not running, shard is not certificated, also change operate type from examine to operating

Some common errors:
- Cannot occupy db session: Database configuration is wrong, it doesnt connect at all with your MSSQL database.
- Cannot stablish keepalive session (IP): Wrong linked nodes/nodes not running at all (cert wise)
- Cert closing without reason/crashing: Wrong configuration on the IP's, or just running it directly instead through the .bat.
- Client crashing at login: Wrong cert configuration.
- SMC doesnt connect (cannot start SMNet (9)) or something: Wrong IP or port (normally is port 32000) or GlobalManager not running.
- .exe's closing without reason: Wrong cert config/cert not running.
- SR_ShardManager closes (BillinServer is dead!): Billingserver not running at all, or doesn't connect to the database. It must run on an IIS server.
- SR_GameServer runtime error: Install the visual C++ library files. Google for them. Also check that you didn't messed up the config nor the database.
- DC when login in into the game (files return some kind of error related with Silk): Billingserver doesn't connect to the database.
- C9 on login: Wrong server.cfg and/or certification config (usually port related).
- C8 on login: Wrong locale I guess.

Cert structure (from EliteSRO serverfiles):

Cert server certifies GlobalManager, GlobalManager certifies Gateway/Farm/Download/Machine/SMC, FarmManager certifies Agent/Shard/Gameserver.
Tip: Run only GlobalManager and MachineManager, start the rest through SMC.

If machine doesnt get certified something is wrong on your cert or your server.cfg.
About your error, if you are going to show the SMC you should show all the details.
The ODBC could be a problem with the DB configuration, never had that error so no idea tbh.

Its a missing stored procedure. Don't worry, it doesnt affect the gameplay at all and its not required to add it in order to make the server run smoothly.
The SQL query you posted is for add a table with that name, not for add an stored procedure. Its normal that you keep getting that error lol
