[Guide] Most of vsro files problem solved here

Hey guys,
i have downloaded Microsoft SQL Server and installed it.
Now we want to restore the three database files (or add).
When restoring always comes error:

The media family on device 'C:\SRO Database\SRO_VT_ACCOUNT_db_201108210200.bak' is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.
RESTORE HEADERONLY is terminating abnormally. (Microsoft SQL Server, Fehler: 3241)

When my friends try to connect get C9 error so he click in launcher to the start and get C9 error whats the problem ?

Abdelfettah i set everything and i can login game but in the game i cant walk ... and 20-30 seconds after gameserver closed please help me
