there is an order of certification on each manager like global manger certifies gateway,farm manager's.So you need to run them in a right order to get all certified i don't know it btw.You also can have just a wrong port

Hes has 2 tables missing 1 is for server ip and other i don't know exactly what it is for but it's still missing you can find both of them in this thread first post.If that wont help than i cant help you
