my friend when go try log in my server,say ''failed to connect server c9'',all ip are rights..what is problem =?

lol, you used wrong patch as i see, this one is for 2 or 3 pc, you need only one, download the Patch 1, and make sure it is for only one pc, because if you want to start the services, and only one gameserver running for example, you will get error at smc

if it says c9, then not all ip are right, what ip you use? if you have router, it is not enough to bind on local ip and open the ports, you have to use hamachi. if you are sure everything is fine, and still cant connect, disable your firewall

the database connection is failed, check your db info at srShard.ini and srGlobalService.ini, and make sure you created all ODBC resources.

i am use a ip ipv4 of host,is 10.0.2.15,and all ports are open,if u want help me send me a mensage with i e-mail .

it mean that you have a router, and the problem is that your friend is not in the same network, use hamachi, and it will solve the problem. you have to use your hamachi ip at server.cfg, and the ini files

sorry, i didnt see "host", only the ipv4 part, and really, it looks like a switch ipv4

check the WAN ip of your host.

and use that ip at your config files everywhere.

you must check it from your host, to see its ip, and use it in ini, and server.cfg
